    Frequently Asked Questions

    Reservations & Cancellations:

    1 Cancellation Policy
    Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

     

    2 Changing your dates
    Should you need to change your dates, you can reschedule your reservation any time without penalty as long as the change is processed at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled stay. If you change properties or the new dates chosen are higher, then you will be responsible for paying the difference (exceptions are left to be decided by True PMG )

     

    3 Reservations not paid in full
    Reservations not paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival, or sufficient arrangements made, will be subject to cancellation without notice or True PMG reserves the right to process the balance using the card on file.
    4 Holding a reservation
    Reservation fee must be paid to hold or reserve any property.
