While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.
Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!
Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
You’re welcome to book stays that include these dates — we just ask that arrival and departure days are scheduled outside of them. Thanks for understanding! ❤️

Please note, given the cabin's mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!
Note: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During the winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks, and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

The following serves as the rental agreement:
Guests must be 18+ to book this property.
Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the cabin. If you must smoke, please do so away from the house and dispose of your trash appropriately. Keep our Mtns Clean!
Only pre-approved guests are allowed at the cabin. People other than those listed in the guest party outlined in the online agreement may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy agreed to in the online agreement. No more than six (6) persons, including infants, are allowed in the cabin at any time.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. If you’re hoping to plan a party, please do not book this cabin. It is our home, and you must treat it with respect.
The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are allowed with marking pets as accompanying during your booking process. All pet hair and debris cleaning is the responsibility of the guests and is not covered by the cleaning fee.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stored in the trash can on the deck.
Hot Tub: (currently out of order) No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The hot tub will hold its temperature best if the cover is kept on when it is not in use. Please keep the temperature set between 95 and 104. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later in the evening on your day of arrival. Please shower before using the hot tub and do not use soaps or oils while in the hot tub. Please do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover as it is designed to hold in heat, not to support children or adults. Damage to the hot tub cover will be charged to the guest ($550 to replace).
Fireplace: The fireplace is available for you to use year round. We are on city propane service. When needing to relight pilot light please be gentle with equipment as it can break easily. While we want you to be comfortable, we ask that you refrain from using the air conditioner and the fireplace at the same time.
Grill: There is an exterior propane grill. Please use caution when cooking or having fire as this is a small exterior area in between 2 cabins.
TV: Any purchases made through the TV system will be billed back to the guest. If you log in to your accounts on any TV apps, please be sure to log out again before you leave.
Water and Septic: The cabin is on a city of Pigeon Forge Water. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than the provided toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
Any damage to items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. This is our home. Please treat it as if it were you own.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check Out is at 10AM. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please leave wet towels in the bathtubs and sheets on the beds. Load the dishwasher and run on the normal setting. Remove and dispose of all food from the refrigerator. Remove all trash from the cabin and place in the bear-proof receptacle outside. Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
