Welcome to Terracotta Retreat, a private 5-acre Hill Country estate in Wimberley designed for family reunions, wedding groups, retreats, celebrations, and large group getaways.
The full estate includes 7 guest homes, 17 bedrooms and dedicated sleeping spaces, 12.5 bathrooms, 2 resort pools, 1 hot tub, and 3 covered outdoor pavilions.
The property is divided into two connected areas:

Each side has its own entrance, pool, accommodations, and outdoor gathering spaces. Interior pathways connect both areas when the full estate is reserved.

Please Note: A separate private residence on the property is occupied by our on-site caretakers and their family. They respect guests' privacy and will generally only be visible if performing essential property-related tasks or responding to a guest request. The residence is separate from the guest accommodations, and all booked amenities remain for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Terracotta Retreat gives large groups the rare opportunity to stay together on one private estate while still enjoying separate homes, bedrooms, and gathering spaces.

Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 25 years or older.
Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the balcony, or anywhere on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.
Guest Courtesy:
Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.
Pet Policy:
While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weigh no more than 65 lbs.
Our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. Please reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

Depending on the nature and scale of the event, day events may be considered. Please contact us in advance to discuss the details and obtain approval. Fees may apply.
Peak Season:
Summer is peak season. During this time, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
Country Setting Notice:
Our property is located in a country setting, where it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. We appreciate your understanding.
Towels:
Bath towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Please bring your own if needed.
Outdoor Fire Safety:
For the safety of our guests, neighboring properties, and the surrounding Hill Country environment, any form of outdoor burning or open flames is strictly prohibited on the property at all times. This includes campfires, fire pits, charcoal fires, wood burning, and any other type of outdoor flame.
Due to local wildfire risks and safety regulations, guests are not permitted to start or maintain fires anywhere on the property, including yards, patios, or surrounding outdoor areas.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the property and community safe.
House Rules
Guests are required to clean up after themselves.
No trash laying around!
If you bring a pet- Poop goes in trash.
Wash dishes before leaving.
Guests are required to leave property in the same or better condition when leaving as when they arrived.
Cleaning fee is to help cover expenses for Laundering sheets, preparing beds and sanitizing spaces.
Pets allowed with a pet fee per reservation. Message me breed and size, please. Must submit pet fee just BEFORE stay.
Please clean up after yourselves and ensure no trash is left behind. If you bring a pet, please dispose of their waste in the trash. Kindly wash dishes before departure.

Fees & Additional Charges
Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact your host to inquire.
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $250 penalty fee.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 smoking fee.
Pet Policy: Each property may have separate breed, weight, and number of pet restrictions. Each pet must be approved by True Property Management Group at the time of booking. If signs of a pet are discovered, without written permission of the pet and a paid pet fee, then Guest authorizes True Property Management Group to charge Guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
