This vacation rental, known as "Casa Establo," provides access to the shared swimming pool & a range of additional amenities, including tetherball, cornhole, horseshoes & disc golf. While other homes are present on the property, these amenities are exclusively available for your enjoyment during your stay.

Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 25 years or older.

Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors & maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house & in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

Guest Courtesy:
Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care & respect.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM & check-out is by 10AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety & comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

(Please be advised that the pet fee shown on the Airbnb total is only applicable for one pet. We allow a maximum of two pets on the property & charge $75 for each additional pet brought by guests. Any additional payment required will be requested through Airbnb's resolution center.)
