Fun & Adventure awaits those who visit the CasaBlanca Farmhouse. Enjoy a refreshing in-ground pool (shared), a private back yard with fire pit, or play a round of disc golf.

Upon entering, guests will be taken back in time with decor from an all time favorite classic movie, CasaBlanca. Relax in a warm & inviting sitting room with a 65" smart T.V. for streaming, which is open to the spacious kitchen & dining room. Cooks will enjoy preparing meals in this open & modern kitchen with lots of storage, stocked with all of your cooking needs, large island with seating & plenty of counter space to appreciate family meals together.

With a sitting porch located on the front & a sitting area in the backyard, guests may choose to relax in or outside while enjoying the beautiful landscape. Home includes laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

Masterfully decorated with your favorite classic TV shows, each bedroom offers a warm & inviting retreat that guests are sure to sleep soundly. Decorated in "I Love Lucy," the master bedroom hosts a king bed with lovely linens & delightful accent pieces with colorful pops of soft yellow & orange. The bedroom also includes a large sleeper sofa for lounging or watching TV on the 65" smart TV & can sleep 2 on the queen size pull out bed. Relax in a luxurious bubble bath while watching your favorite show, a walk in rain shower, private bidet toilet & a his & her vanity, adorned with Bonnie & Clyde.

The Three Stooges bedroom offers 2 queen bed (bunk beds) as well as 2 twin beds (bunk beds), with linens in red & black.

The Green Acres bedroom offers a spacious room with a king size bed, with classic linens & colorful pops of teal.

The Gilligan's Island room is a den, which includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds, adorned with colorful linens. Your game lovers will enjoy themselves playing Xbox on the 65" smart TV.

The Beverly Hillbillies room is a second master suite with a king bed with pops of teal. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a spacious walk in shower.

The third full bathroom is located in the hallway for all guests to access. It features a walk in shower, with beautiful tile work. Additionally, the home includes a half bath in the living room.

With so many adventures to be found, guests will never find themselves wondering what to do. Spend time with family swimming at the shared pool located just a short walk from the farm house. With beautiful pool lighting, fountains & an in pool tanning deck, guests may find themselves spending the entire day soaking in the sun. Spend some time playing disc golf & end the day with an evening of fun around the fire pit, enjoying popping corn, melting s’mores, or stargazing. Those who visit the charming CasaBlanca Farmhouse will agree it is a wonderful unique experience that will leave its guests smiling!

With Wimberley only a few minutes away, enjoy shopping in the downtown square of Wimberley or swimming & hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Zip Line Adventure, or Blue Hole Regional Park offers swimming & nature trails. Visit the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops in the square, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting. Take a drive to Canyon Lake & rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon. Overlook Park offers fabulous views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam. Rent a pontoon boat, or jet ski on Canyon Lake. Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, enjoy music & dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. New Braunfels offers lots of fun, float the beautiful Guadalupe River, rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Guest access
This vacation rental includes the CasaBlanca farmhouse & access to the shared swimming pool. While there are other homes & amenities on the property, these are not included in your stay.

Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house & in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM & check-out is by 10AM.

Please clean up after yourselves & ensure no trash is left behind. If you bring a pet, please dispose of their waste in the trash. Kindly wash dishes before departure. While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety & comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

(Please be advised that the pet fee shown on the Airbnb total is only applicable for one pet. We allow a maximum of two pets on the property & charge $75 for each additional pet brought by guests. Any additional payment required will be requested through Airbnb's resolution center.)
