☀ Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you’re smoking outside. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

☀ Guest Courtesy: Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you’ll treat the space with care and respect.

☀ While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.
