Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Getting Around Sevierville:
*Personal/Rental Vehicle: Most flexible option for exploring Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Rental agencies available locally and at airports.
*Public Transit: Sevierville Trolley connects to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg systems - cost-effective way to explore without driving.
*Ride Services: Uber, Lyft, and local taxis available. Especially useful during peak seasons when attraction parking is limited.
*Important Note: Cabin located on steep mountain roads. Check weather conditions and drive carefully when approaching the property.
House Manual
Door Lock is an electronic door lock and uses a 4 digit code. If the lock stops working there is an emergency key lockbox on the deck. Please message us for access code if needed.
We use Natural Gas Propane to power the grill and the fireplace. The pilot light will be lit and by using the timer it will turn on a bigger flame to warm the space. We do not use the fireplaces during the months of May-Aug.
The grill has a red gas on switch that turns on the propane and a timer to allow the gas to flow into the grill.
The TV's are smart and have access to online services that you can Log into with your accounts. Please be sure to log out when you leave. They also have free channels.
