The space

Welcome to a relaxing stay in Texas Wine Country! La Rioja Junction invites you into a luxurious, wine-inspired space where Spain’s celebrated wine region meets modern comfort. Whether you’re here for a romantic retreat or a peaceful getaway, this space is designed for ultimate relaxation.

Queen Bedroom: Rest in a cozy queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding.

Full-Size Bathroom: Enjoy privacy and comfort with a spacious shower.

Kitchenette: Complete with essential appliances for light self-catering.

Rooftop Patio: Perfect for stargazing or enjoying peaceful Fredericksburg evenings.

Additional Notes: The sofa will be used as the sleeping bed for the third guest. While we don’t provide linens for the sofa, we recommend bringing your own for extra comfort.

 

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the cozy king bedroom, full-size bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette, and private courtyard. Enjoy the freedom to relax, cook, and unwind in a comfortable space designed for your convenience.

Other things to note

Guest Age: The primary renter in any group must be 18 years or older.

Respectful Guests: Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect our neighbors.

Quiet Time: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage. Please dispose of cigarette butts outside.

Guest Courtesy: Treat the space with care and respect as if it were your own.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4PM, check-out is by 10AM.

Pet Policy:
We welcome dogs up to 65 lbs, with breed restrictions. Please reach out before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated. Pet fee is $75 for each additional pet after the first, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

New Resort Amenities:
Exciting new amenities under construction include a swimming pool, pickleball court, kids’ play area, volleyball court, tetherball, dog park, and RV camping sites. Light construction noise may occur during daytime hours.
